The Minister for Planning has released the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Kangaroo Island Plantation Timber’s proposed port development for public comment.
The EIS addresses the environmental, social and economic issues identified in the Guidelines (which were released by the then Development Assessment Commission in July 2017) and is available for review and comment from 28 March 2019 to 28 May 2019.
