We were excited to be involved in the development application for use of the slipways at the Whyalla Steelworks (previously used during ship building days) to permit ship destruction activities. This approval allowed McMahon Services to undertake the first of such activities for the destruction, scrapping and recycling of the decommissioned HMAS Success. We had the pleasure of volunteering for BioR and helping restore native vegetation at Frahn's Farm, a 550 ha property on Crown land in the eastern Mount Lofty Ranges. Brisbane’s new runway After years of initial planning and eight years of construction the new Brisbane Airport runway is officially finished and will open on Sunday 12 July 2020.
